Hi, I am Esha, a data-informed design leader, who has high-level design management experience, is entrepreneurial in approach and strategic in thinking, with an established reputation for delivering design projects with challenging requirements.

Over seven years commercial experience has provided me with the skills and expertise to manage any design project or campaign from conceptual stage, through to completion, to convert marketing needs into usable and engaging customer experiences; building proven experience across Digital Design, Interaction, Usability & User Experience and Conversion.

My experience directly managing designers and external agencies has also built exceptional organisational and people management skills, developing me into an engaging communicator and a leader who’s skilled in design direction, creative guidance, mentoring and advocating innovation & creativity.
